Follow-up is a continuous process. We have very close connections with the clients and beneficiaries. To confirm the best utilization of the Amamizu and the reservoirs, we often visit the houses of beneficiaries, check the water qualities and inform the result to them. If find any problem during the visit in the quality of the water, we immediately try to solve that. Our valued clients also visit the project places to see the projects and talk with the beneficiaries directly to evaluate the project. Sometimes, we arrange meetings with the beneficiaries to share their experience and findings the solution of any problems they face during the use of the reservoirs.
